It is my pleasure to write a letter of reference for TEAM EEI . I have known William Estrada, Executive Director of TEAM EEI , since 2001. I have had the pleasure of partnering with him and his company to assist persons with disabilities in returning to the workplace.

TEAM EEI has a proven record of working both with people with disabilities and community employers finding successful job matches and outcomes. In addition to job development, TEAM EEI provides worksite assessments, assistive technology training and consults, work adjustment training, job club, job coaching and many more services. As a DVR counselor my time is limited and working with a vendor like TEAM EEI that can provide an array of services to my clients saves time, improves quality of communication between the employer, the client and the DVR counselor and helps form trusting and meaningful relationships. I have found in the time that I have worked with TEAM EEI they go above and beyond what is expected and the services they have provided have had lasting effects and have changed the lives of people with disabilities for the better. Anyone who partners with TEAM EEI will find them to be professional, excellent communicators, responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and passionate about improving the lives of people with disabilities.
