Dannielle Brogoitti has been with TEAM EEI for eleven years now. Her patience and personality have allowed her to become a very successful trainer and job coach. Dannielle has assisted clients in positions from telemarketing and customer service to a grocery store clerk and attendant at a nursing home. Since TEAM EEI works with various types of clients, Dannielle's flexibility of working and being successful with all types of clients has been a real asset.
Dannielle's devotion and determination toward each individual situation only shows the level of concern for the positive outcomes and successful employment of her clients. Dannielle's interest in computers and technology has made her the expert in the assistive devices needed by many of our clients. The technological learning curve of her position makes it a challenging one; however, she is constantly learning new skills to further our client's skills. Dannielle's enhanced skills are in the areas of screen readers; screen magnification, and voice recognition programs just to mention a few. The diversity of Dannielle's work is one of the strengths of the TEAM EEI. Dannielle's daily duties consist from working off-site at a client's home or the job site doing job training. Dannielle's objective is focused on finding adaptive methods for her clients to be able to perform a job or to simply utilize the technology that is available to meet daily needs.
